At Nook (UK), we want you to love your purchase, but if it isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the completed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship via Royal Mail

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your parcel off at any local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
